You can see how much time you have left whenever you want and what’s more we will automatically tell you when it is running low so you can purchase a top up.
This is a pay per device model on a 30-day rolling contract. It includes unlimited telephone support and remote dial-in sessions, an on-site engineer to resolve issues that cannot be dealt with remotely and important 4-hour on-site response where necessary.
To further enhance your existing support contract with us, we also offer an additional IT Manager service, which provides you with a regular on-site visit from one of our certified, senior engineers to help tackle issues and offer advice.
IT Manager is popular with anyone who finds it helpful to maintain a “snag-list” that can then be worked through and resolved periodically.
