It provides real-time monitoring of mission critical servers and generates alerts if failures are detected. Leap IT have a dedicated screen running in our office which gives us a Company overview of all our clients servers and mission critical devices.
Each client can also access their own portal anytime to see the real-time status of their servers across their business.
By far the most important feature of this is the backup check which lets us know each morning if your backup has worked or not, one of the most valuable parts of any system and so often overlooked.
