We have been very busy recently finishing a major refurbishments at our head office in Solihull.  From taking the keys just over 12 months ago we wanted to partition the offices to create the best environment for the busy Helpdesk, create quiet areas to enable our technicians to learn new skills and lastly create an efficient build area for the many servers that come in and out of our offices each month. We have also refurbished the downstairs reception and meetings rooms to enable us to welcome more clients to our offices to see some of our own internal systems and how we manage our clients infrastructure.

As well as the refurbishment around the offices we have also invested in 8 new laptops for our field based consultants as well as state of the art PC’s for the First Line Helpdesk technicians.  All the laptops come with a full docking unit allowing our consultants to use any desk when they are in the office and each desk is equipped with 24″ external dual screen monitors to help our technicians be ever more effective.  Lastly we have installed new desks and the latest ergonomic chairs for our staff when in the office.
