Custom imagery, text and social media icons can be built into each and every signature as well as promotional banners and legal disclaimers. We can also take user details such as name, contact number and position directly from your Office 365 directory and merge these automatically into the signature as per the example below:-
Once setup, we can assign a signature to a single person, a department or the entire Company depending on your requirements. We can also create different internal and external email signatures or schedule a signature for a certain period, for example over the Christmas holidays.
